I Love...

-Free Air Force t-shirts.

-Silver sparkle slip-on shoes on sale for $5 at Mervyn's. Not quite as cute as Ev's Dorothy shoes but what can ya do?

-Huge hot dogs at the Bee's games with all the trimmings, and goals for healthier eating the rest of the time.

-Having self-respect and being around people who have the decency to respect other people as well as themselves.

-Morals. I don't care what your beliefs are, but have enough self-respect to live by what you say you live by, at the very least. People of quality, who value values in themselves and others; who trust that being a good person will return the favor, will send good karma back their way. People who are good to other people not because they expect a payoff, but because it is simply the right thing to do. Morals... so very underrated these days, but so necessary for a quality life.

-Seeing Deepak Chopra, author of this book that I've been planning to read, give a lecture yesterday. What an incredible man, and an incredible opportunity to see him speak live.

"Right at this moment, we are sharing our breathe, our dreams, our thoughts. We are one body and one mind. When we realize this, we can be healed."

"Our bodies are the place our dreams call home for a while."

"Is it possible that the universe goes to the same place to create a cluster of stars, a human body, a thought?"

"You are privileged participants in nature's call."

"We are not human beings that have the occasional spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings that have the occasional human experience."
